The surgery changed its appointment system on 13th June 2016 and if you previously used on line services you will need to re-register to get access to the new system. You will need to register to use the on-line service called EMIS Access. If you register with EMIS Access you will be able to book appointments, order your repeat prescriptions, and view details of your medications and allergies from your medical record.
To register all you need to do is bring photo proof of your ID (eg passport, driving license etc) to the surgery and ask a receptionist for the application form to complete, once this is done they will be to print off a letter from your registration details that will give you all the information and access codes that you need to register on-line. Or you can print off a copy of the form and bring it with your proof of ID to the surgery. See ‘New Online Services’ on the News tab above for a link to the form.
If you wish, you can also request access to your detailed coded medical record (DCR). You will need to complete a separate form for this only available at our reception.
If you request access to your DCR, your GP will review the request and we will let you know when this has been approved.
